Baked Cod with samphire

INGREDIENTS
1 pinch of chilli flakes
2 tbsp of chives
300 g baby potatoes
45g samphire
100g fine green beans
2 cod fillets
freshly grounded black pepper
pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven 200C/Gas 6. Place fish on a piece of foil, season well with black pepper and grate lemon zest over.
Fold the foil and cook for 15 minutes
Serve with steamed fine green beans and boiled potatoes or other vegetables.
