A healthy brownie recipe without added sugar.

A delicious sugar free brownie recipe.

Prep Time: 30 min

Cooking Time: 20 min

  • 2 eggs

  • 150g sunflower oil

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 150g cacao powder

  • 125 g walnuts (cut in quarters or smaller)

  • 70g wholemeal flower

  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)

  2. Mix the flour, cocoa powder in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre.

  3. Add the sunflower oil, eggs and banana, stirring vigorously.

  4. Add vanilla extract and walnuts. Mix well with spatula.

  5. Pour the mix into a square bake tin.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The texture should be soft in the center. Do not over bake.

  7. Cool down on a rack before cutting into squares. It will firm up when cooling down.
