Avocado & Tuna tartar

Ingredients
250 g sushi grade Tuna
1½ teaspoon Sesame oil
2 cm of peeled ginger, grated
¼ teaspoon Salt and pepper
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 chilli finally chopped
1 tps of honey
5 tbs soya sauce
Instructions
Remove and discard any dark parts from the tuna. Finely dice the remaining tuna (cubes of 1 cm)and place in a large bowl.
Add the spring onions, chilli and ginger to the tuna and mix well. Keep bowl in the fridge.
In a separate bowl mix together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil
Thinly slice avocado.
To serve, press the avocado into a ring on each serving plate and on top the mixture with tuna. Carefully remove the ring.
Serve with rye bread.
